Computer Express warranties all products for 90 days.  All Merchandise new or used may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the original date of purchase if accompanied with the original receipt and in compliancy with the conditions listed below:

·         NEW PRODUCT - All new products must be returned in “like-new” condition.  This means in the Original box or Container will all Packaging, Manuals, Warranties, Disks, Drivers, Equipment, and Accessories that it came with.  The Box or Container must not be Cut, Smashed, written upon, and must be in as best like new condition, which will be determined by Computer Express.  Any damages or packaging defects may be subject to a restocking fee up to 50%

·         USED EQUIPMENT - All used product must be checked by a Computer Express employee or technician before it may be returned or exchanged.

·         NOTEBOOK COMPUTERS - Notebooks have a mandatory 25% restock fee unless the item is determined to be defective or is exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.  Computer Express does not warranty used laptop batteries. 

·         SOFTWARE, MOVIES, and GAMES - All Software, VHS, DVD’s, and Console Games and Accessories may be exchanged only with an Identical Item. If an Identical Item is not available, one of equal or lesser value may be exchanged.

·         All returns are subject to minimum 15% restocking fee.

·         All refunds are based on the original payment method, with the exception that a check will be issued for cash purchases over $100.00 within 7 business days.

·         Computer Express holds no responsibility for fees, expenses, or any other costs incurred by the customer due to defective or incompatible parts.

·         Computer Express does not warrant against accidental damage of any kind.  This includes physical damage and the installation of defective or incompatible parts. 

·         Computer Express does not warrant any installed software or operating system installation.  Furthermore Computer Express is not responsible for any defect due to virus, spyware, or any other malicious software.
